Cimarron Winter is a digital consultancy that offers strategy development, program and project management, and a broad network of experts in each specialty of the web technology world.
We launched in 2010 with a goal of providing companies – from SMB to enterprise – with cross-functional leadership to make web projects successful. On behalf of our clients, we make sense of a potentially confusing space. We bring together teams of marketing and technology experts to deliver business results.
Before joining forces, Founders Jennifer Kemp and Ginger Sorvari Bucklin worked on web projects large and small. We loved our digital world, but saw gaps in the industry.
We saw businesses with a tactical plan but no strategy to assure that those tactics served a higher business objective. We heard from business leaders who struggled to keep up with the ever-changing world of web technology. And, we saw their challenge in coordinating the myriad of teams required to plan and execute web projects.
So, we came together to keep projects grounded to business goals and assure successful outcomes. We began offering two services that were sorely missing from the world of digital:
- Digital strategy to articulate business objectives, develop an overarching plan to accomplish those objectives, and create a roadmap for getting it done, and
- Program and project management to make it happen, on time, on scope, and on budget.
Along the way, our broad network of partners and friends has helped us provide expertise in user experience design, information architecture, visual design, front- and back- end development, and content services.
The result is an array of successful digital projects, from websites to mobile apps to the systems that power them.
